Maltby Manor Academy, Rotherham

G.W. Dawes, acting as Principal Contractor, was responsible for the full renewal of the existing heating pipework infrastructure within the KS1 and KS2 buildings at Maltby Manor Academy.

Our scope of works included:

• Isolation and removal of redundant mechanical pipework

• Removal of existing heat emitters, including radiators and convectors

• Design, supply, and installation of new radiators and fan convectors

• Installation of new heating pipework

• Associated electrical wiring

• Application of thermal insulation

• General builders’ works

• Testing and commissioning of the system
